PS:Operation time is tested based on 100g rubber.All data was measured by testing after 7 days curing under the condition of 25℃ and 55%RH.
1.Weighing component A and B according to the ratio of 6:1, stirring evenly after mixed, then inject it to components and module which needed to be potting protected. It would be better to injected along one side of the wall, which can reduce the generation of air bubbles.
2.Placing the sealed component, and it would discharge bubbles by itself, if possible, vacuumizing and defoaming the mixed rubber before potting sealing. Directly cured at room temperature, usually the rubber will have elasticity within 1-6 hours.
